The competition consists of completing five skill based tasks against the clock, with the clock starting as soon as the first skill begins and finishing when the last skill is completed.

If you are new to this event be aware it is not a netball tournament!

Teams consist of 8 players you can have a maximum of 2 boys on court. All 8 players take part, if you choose to bring a reserve be aware they will only take part if someone is injured or ill on the day; they cannot be swapped in.

All schools must provide their own netballs to practice with.

Pupils must be numbered 1 - 8 numbers must be clearly displayed on the front.
