Open to pupils in Year 3 & 4

There is no gender ruling in this competition

5 a side with 8 players in a squad

This competition will be split into small school/large school.

Rules:

Play will be started in the centre circle and will be re started in the centre after a goal has been scored

ALL players can enter the penalty area

The Goal Keeper can only handle the ball in their area

Goal Keepers cannot kick the ball out of their hands, all other methods of distribution are allowed

If it is a goal kick the opposition must retreat to the half way line

If the ball goes out of play it must be rolled back in.

There is no head height rule

Players will only be allowed a step for taking penalties
